Shipping Information
Kapt Kards offers affordable shipping options designed specifically for trading-card orders.
Minimum Order
Direct orders placed through Kapt Kards have a minimum merchandise total of $5.00 before shipping and taxes.
Protected Card Envelope — $1.99
Eligible orders containing up to 10 standard-size raw cards may qualify for shipping in a protected card envelope for $1.99.
Cards are secured and packaged to help protect them during shipment. This shipping method may not include full tracking or the same level of delivery confirmation as a package service.
Tracked Card Shipping — $4.99
Tracked shipping is available for $4.99 and is generally required for:

Orders containing more than 10 cards

Graded cards

Thick, oversized, or memorabilia cards

Higher-value cards

Orders that cannot be safely shipped in a standard protected envelope
Kapt Kards may upgrade an order to tracked shipping when necessary to better protect the cards.
Free Shipping
Direct orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Eligible free-shipping orders will be sent using the shipping method Kapt Kards determines is most appropriate for the size, value, and contents of the order.
Packaging
Cards may be packaged using penny sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid holders, team bags, cardboard reinforcement, bubble mailers, or shipping boxes depending on the contents of the order.
Our goal is to protect each order while keeping shipping costs reasonable for collectors.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared for shipment as promptly as possible. Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of Kapt Kards.
Tracking information will be provided when the selected shipping method includes tracking.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, Kapt Kards may be unable to redirect or recover the package.
Combined Shipping
Cards purchased together in the same checkout will be packaged and shipped as one order whenever practical.
Separate orders may not automatically be combined after checkout.
