Are the images the actual cards I will receive?
Whenever possible, product images show the actual card being sold. Some listings involving multiple copies of the same card may use a representative image.
Because trading cards can have minor differences in centering, surface condition, corners, edges, or print quality, please review the listing details and available images before purchasing.
What condition should I expect?
Unless otherwise stated, raw cards should be considered ungraded.
Condition can vary based on the card’s age, set, manufacturer, storage history, and previous handling. Modern cards may still contain factory print lines, surface marks, imperfect edges, off-centering, or other manufacturing flaws.
Kapt Kards does not guarantee that a raw card will receive a particular grade from PSA, SGC, Beckett, CGC, or any other grading company.
How are cards packaged?
Packaging depends on the size, value, thickness, and quantity of cards in the order.

How much is shipping?
Eligible orders containing up to 10 standard-size raw cards may qualify for protected-envelope shipping for $1.99.
Tracked card shipping is generally $4.99 and may be required for:

Orders that cannot be safely shipped in a protected envelope
Direct orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Direct orders placed through Kapt Kards have a minimum merchandise subtotal of $5.00 before shipping and taxes.
This minimum helps us continue offering affordable cards while covering packaging, payment-processing, and order-handling costs.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. Cards purchased together during the same checkout will normally be packaged and shipped as one order.
Orders placed separately may not automatically be combined after checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you recently placed multiple orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared for shipment as promptly as possible.
Processing and delivery times may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or unusually high order volume.
Tracking information will be provided when the shipping method includes tracking.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Customers may check out as guests.
Creating or using a customer account may make it easier to review eligible direct-order history, shipping status, and saved customer information.
What happens if a card sells on another marketplace?
Kapt Kards inventory may also be listed through eBay or other sales channels.
We use inventory-management tools to reduce the chance of the same card being sold twice. However, rare synchronization delays may occur when an item sells through another marketplace.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the affected item will be refunded and the customer will be contacted.

Customers should carefully review product images and listing details before purchasing. Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive a particular professional grade.

You may request a specific player, team, character, franchise, year, set, card number, parallel, insert, grade, or price range.
